Setup
- Use a stable bar with adequate clearance
- Ensure enough space for the full body to extend horizontally
- Enter the progression under control

Things to consider before the attempt.
- Do not force a full lever before easier progressions are controlled
- Avoid suddenly dropping out of the hold
- Keep the elbows controlled rather than allowing unintended bending
