A wider grip can increase shoulder demand. Use only a width that allows comfortable, controlled movement without forcing range.

Setup
- Use a stable bar
- Select a moderately wide grip that remains comfortable
- Ensure enough clearance around the body

- Avoid uncontrolled swinging
